SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At the moment, we offer shipping to the U.K. and Canada as well as domestic shipping to all 50 U.S. states. Merchandise and small parts orders will be mailed in First Class USPS envelopes unless another quote or option is specifically requested by email before purchase. Shipping and product rates subject to change, please contact me

Larger products such as car kits, bodies, assembled rolling stock, and pumps will be safely packaged and mailed in boxes. Shipping rolling stock is always a challenge, so an in-person pickup or delivery is always preferred, however I'm happy to work to get your product to your shop however is most practical for you. 

Please contact me directly for equipment transportation needs, custom restoration work, and locomotive maintenance. I don't ship locomotives, but I'd love to bring your steamer home to the Fox Island Shops or come to your railroad to help however I can.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All sales are final, unfortunately I'm not equipped to accept returns at the moment with so many small batches of projects in the works. That being said, if there is something wrong with your order or if you are unhappy with your product, I will do everything in my power to correct this issue. Please keep in touch and let me know how I can help.

If you've found something wrong with your order, please let me know within 30 days of receiving your shipment for any refund to be processed easily. As for custom work, payment terms will be established on a case-by-case basis prior to starting a project. I look forward to hearing from you, thanks for visiting Fox Island Railroad Company!
