Can I request Custom Paint / Numbering / Lettering?

Yes! Numberboards can arrive fully illuminated & backlit, numbered, painted, and finished with 1/16" Plexiglass. Covered Hopper bodies can also come sealed, primed, painted, and fully lettered with Custom FIRX Graphics. Custom Logos may also be created. Please CONTACT US for an estimated time of arrival and a specific quote!
Do you ship to more than just U.K. and Canada?

Hopefully soon we'll be able to figure out affordable and dependable shipping options to more locations outside of the U.S. Please CONTACT me and we can figure it out together!
Do your prices change with material costs?

Yes. I'm comstantly updating prices on this website to match the market, and constantly coordinating with my foundry to get you the best deal. Although my batches of parts are still relatively small, I do my best to keep everything as affordable as possible. I'm not charging you more than it costs to cast, just enough to make sure I'm covered for the next batch of parts to share with my fellow hobbyists.
Do you build custom locomotives?

Unfortunately no, we dont have the capabilities to build new locomotives. We mainly focus on restoring and maintaining older locomotives, with an emphasis on 1" and 3/4" scale equipment. We do however construct new rolling stock and parts for locomotives, new or old, as well as offer assistance in the "second half" of locomotive construction (plumbing, detailing, timing, tunung, etc.) from 3/4" to 2.5" scales.
Will you restore my worn out locomotive?

Possibly, Yes! Contact me anytime with your projects or restoration needs. I've lent a hand to many folks and friends who don't have either the tools, the time, the tricks, or any combination of those things... sometimes you just need a dedicated set of eyes on your locomotive. I'm fairly limited on space with so many projects these days, but reach out anytime and we'll make a plan to get your equipment back on the rails.
